BHC Promise
Your deposit reserves your share. Your deposit isn’t refundable — it ships your Foundations box right away. Cold-chain protection and BHC mediation apply either way.
- Your Foundations box: A 10 lb Foundations box ships this week — frozen, to your delivery address, and it comes with your deposit. Nothing more to pay for it.
- Once we confirm your animal: your share is set aside and processing is locked in.
- Cold-chain protection: if your beef arrives thawed or short, we make you whole — even after your animal is confirmed.
- We mediate: anything at all, email hello@buyhalfcow.com and a real person answers.
