Rancher refund policy
Full refund within 7 days if cattle have not been processed. Once processed, we are not able to offer refunds.

Meet Linda
We are a family owned ranch in Terrebonne, Oregon raising grass fed and finished beef and lamb and heritage pork. We don't use any chemical sprays on our pastures and hay fields.
We offer beef in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and whole
Pork in 1/4, 1/2 and whole.
Whole lamb.

Hold your share with a deposit. Linda reaches out to confirm cut sheet, timing, and logistics.

Pickup or delivery
Custom butchered and vacuum-sealed on processing day. Pickup or delivery is worked out direct with the ranch.
A note from the ranch
Direct from Linda Anspach
We are typically able to coordinate delivery to the Salem, Eugene and Portland areas about once a month. Delivery charges apply. Local purchases pick up straight from the butcher.
