We source all of our beef straight from our Sandhills pastures—no detours, no drama. No guessing where your beef came from, how it has been handled, or what has been put in it! Every piece of meat or package of hamburger comes from cattle that are bred, born and finished by us personally - we even bucket and hand feed the grain - calm, stress free cattle make better meat! No hormones. No antibiotics. Just honest beef from happy pasture days and careful finishing. Our cattle are raised on open range in the heart of the Sandhills of Nebraska, pasture-fed for a natural start, then grain-finished for that rich, crave-worthy flavor without shortcuts. We are a husband-and-wife team with 7 adult (ish) children and 11 grandchildren. Our families before us have been involved in agriculture for generations and we cherish the ranching way of life, but also understand the importance of the business, enabling us to fulfill our ultimate goal of providing opportunities in agriculture for future generations, fostering a love for good cattle, while responsibly caring for the land that we have been blessed as the custodians of. It is important to us to not only perpetuate the business of ranching, but the lifestyle of ranching with our kids and grandkids returning to help any chance they get.
